Assist in securing monetary and non-monetary sponsors
RESEARCH
Scout and secure venues
Research and secure vendors (to include in-kind)
MANAGE
Committee Member management
Logistics management
Manage financial and event reports
Manage volunteers
MEDIA & MATERIALS
Assist organization with social media plan
Assist organization with creating all printed materials
ON-SITE & BEYOND
Manage “on-site” event logistics including Silent Auctions, Raffles, Contests, etc.
Execute post event correspondence with sponsors, attendees, vendors and volunteers
Prepare post event financials and materials for client
