Sempre Bella Events provides contracted services as a special events consultant. Our goal is to provide support to your organization and your assigned Committees in order to secure quality and financial success for each fundraising event.
Each event is customized to meet your specific needs. 

OUR PROCESS

MEET

  • Meet with clients to discuss improving current event(s) or create new event(s)

  • Meet with assigned Committee to set logistics of your event

PLAN

  • Create project plan and timeline

  • Assist in securing monetary and non-monetary sponsors

RESEARCH

  • Scout and secure venues

  • Research and secure vendors (to include in-kind)

 

MANAGE

  • Committee Member management

  • Logistics management

  • Manage financial and event reports

  • Manage volunteers

MEDIA & MATERIALS

  • Assist organization with social media plan

  • Assist organization with creating all printed materials

ON-SITE & BEYOND

  • Manage “on-site” event logistics including Silent Auctions, Raffles, Contests, etc.

  • Execute post event correspondence with sponsors, attendees, vendors and volunteers

  • Prepare post event financials and materials for client
